BAILEY DUGAN
Co-Founder
Bailey Dugan has a passion for helping organizations and businesses be the best version of themselves while simultaneously impacting the employee experience in a positive way. Her areas of interest include organizational development work in addition to diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice. Bailey's undergraduate degree is in Environmental Studies & Sustainability with a minor in Spanish from Northern Michigan University, and a Master of Science in Human Resources & Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University.

MADISON FALLS
Co-Founder
Madison Falls is a driven consultant holding a Master’s in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University. She specializes in change management and facilitates communication, training, and engagement activities to support stakeholders through large-scale transitions. She is also a skilled instructional designer who has a demonstrated history in delivering effective instructor-led and web-based training solutions. Madison has experience in technology, retail, higher education, and energy sectors.
